Request for any product return must be made within 10 business days from the date of goods receipt. Please email us a request for Returned Merchandise Acceptance number (RMA) to: returns@gersonco.com or call our customer service at 508-923-3016 or 508-923-3077.

Return products may require a 15% re-stocking charge. All related freight charges for returned goods are responsibility of the User.

Merchandise will be accepted only in full case quantities, in original packaging with prior RMA number issued by the Seller. Any returns without RMA number will not be accepted.

Please write RMA number on the return label.
