Louis M. Gerson Co., Inc. products are warranted to be free of defects and possess all government approvals (if required by law). Our only obligation will be, at our option, to replace any products proven to be defective, or to refund the purchase price thereof.

All freight costs related to proven defective products are responsibility of the Seller. The User assumes all other risks, if any.

This warranty is in lieu of the warranties of merchantability, fitness for particular purpose and all other warranties expressed or implied.
